This is a very easy and clear book with a lot of good points and suggestions. I really enjoyed it and learned quite a bit. I did, however, leave wanting and feeling like I needed more. I’m not exactly sure what. Maybe a little more in depth advice to processes and methods mentioned. For instance “breathe with your diaphragm” is stated as necessary… how do I know I’m doing that? Visuals of posture, etc… things I’ll keep researching, and who knows, maybe I’m asking to much. Either way it’s great!

I have meditated years ago and somehow fell out or the habit. I am wanting to encourage my wife to meditate and I wanted to renew my habit. This book is very well done and concise. It can be read very quickly to get a general idea about meditation and how simple it really is. This author keeps it pithy. Highly recommend this book to anyone interested in meditating.

More of an "Ultimate Brief Intro to Meditation"

It says it’s the “Ultimate Meditation Guide” but Idk about that… It’s more of the “Ultimate Brief Intro to Meditation”. It’s a super basic, easy-to-understand little book that I think would be good for a total newbie. I got this for my “relaxing” grab bag gift set, so I guess it totally fits.
