I found this book about Buddhism to be extremely insightful! This isn’t a book about converting you over to Buddhism per se, but rather it’s a book about how practicing Buddhism can help you in your everyday life. It touches upon meditation techniques and the history of Buddhism as well. The meditation and other techniques in this book can improve your health through practice and daily use. I definitely will implement some the techniques gone over in this book! Give it a shot!
