Dear reader,

This book contains proven steps and strategies on how to meditate, attain a state of mindfulness, and contemplate the reality of life. Zen, which is a type of Buddhism with influences from Taoism, offers strategies for overcoming material and emotional attachments, and for feeling more relaxed, more detached and allows you to ‘live in the moment’ by focusing on your inner and outer beings. A lot of people think of ‘Zen’ as something relaxing and peaceful, and this is true. There are several different methods of Zen meditation, the most important of which are described in this book. In addition, this book provides you with:

•A basic background and introduction to Zen Buddhism
•The basic principles of Zen Buddhism
•Methods of sitting and walking meditation
•How to practice ‘Zen’ in your day-to-day life
•Additional Zen koans for further reflection and meditation
•In addition, by signing up to our mailing list, you can get a FREE Bonus. See the link after the last chapter for more details

There can be no doubt that, in this modern age, we need to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life and clear our minds so we can truly feel at peace. Zen meditation helps us to do this, and it gives us a sense of oneness with the world and all around us. Meditation isn’t as difficult as it sometimes appears. As with any new activity, we can start small and increase the time that we meditate as we go along. This book is suitable for complete beginners and those who have an interest in learning more about Zen.

If you are interested in de-stressing and reducing anxiety, depression and material attachment, then this book can help you.

I have been into self development for years, and I’ve read about zen before. This book blew me away. At first it threw me off by stating that zen more but not be what I understand it to be. Which turned out to be true. I now have a deep understanding for zen and meditation and will continue to apply this knowledge in my morning routine. I highly recommend this book to everyone looking to better understand what zen really means.
