Decent book if you already know yoga and want to relearn the basics or pick up a new pose or two

I chose this book because I had just downloaded a yoga app and believed that I might be in an area without wifi access. I needed some new poses because I was still completing a yoga challenge (learn 50 new poses for a fundraiser to raise money for a yoga kit for veterans.) This book offered some new poses that I can try.

I have been interested in trying yoga and mediation for numerous reasons. The biggest reason is medical. This is the best book I have found so far that is easy to understand and follow. I look forward to trying it out with this book’s help. I can’t afford classes and this book was free. Would recommend to anyone in my situation.
