This is a great intro to meditation. I feel like it takes you through everything you need to get started. You start with optimizing your inner environment then follow the tips for your external environment. The book is well written and even contains a bibliography with sources that you don’t see in a lot of ebooks.

I’ve been practicing meditation personally for about 2 years and I’ve read a lot of books and stuff. If you are looking for something comprehensive this is not the book for you, however, if you are a beginner and you want something that teaches you the methods without all the fluff of a full-length book then you won’t regret your purchase.
