This guidebook is fantastic and well written. By the help of this book I have learned lots of meditation techniques. By reading this book I have come to know about the time and place of meditation. I have some effective meditation postures from this book and this book really helped me a lot. The author has done an excellent job and many thanks for teaching us about Meditation.
