very helpful meditation book – I liked
Very detailed book on meditation where I was able to find several pretty important and new things about meditation. In fact, I’ve been already trying to practice it before. But I believe the new knowledge about techniques, spirituality, and effect to the body will help me to improve my experience. I also think chapter 9 about precautions and tips is also quite important, as I have learned that sometimes it can be dangerous to meditate. Especially for people with not much meditation experience and who can easily get addicted. And now I know how to reduce the risks.

This is a great little book on how to meditate and relax to help you create a more peaceful life for yourself. Often, I have found myself in a state that I am feeling anxious and uneasy do to my high stress levels. Thanks to this book, I am able to concur a lot of these negative feelings due to the meditation teaching that the author describes. I would definitely recommend this book.

This is a meditation ebook that shows what meditation is, the history of it and how it does work backed up with scientific research. I liked that the book helps to overcome obstacles to meditate more and loved the list of all the benefits your mind, body and spirit obtain from meditation. This is a very well written book on meditation which I can highly recommend for beginners.
