This book is amazing! I was searching for a book that would help me better myself in life, I specifically wanted to learn how to meditate to relieve stress and anxiety. I have only recently started meditation but I was able to use the techniques referenced in this book to begin my journey to “zen.”

This book is amazing! I was searching for a book that would help me better myself in life, I specifically wanted to learn how to meditate to relieve stress and anxiety. I appreciate that a lot of effort has been put in writing this book. I am a visual kind of person and so appreciate much the photos included here. This is your basic guidebook for meditation, at least this one gets you started on meditation since you will not be so overwhelmed with unnecessary data so soon. I’m glad I got this one coz not only it talks about meditation but also how to have a healthy lifestyle as well.
