For quite some time now, life has become increasingly hectic for practically everybody. Daily work, commute, shopping, paying bills, very little free time, to name but a few examples of how our stress levels rise. And as an additional consequence, health issues are also constantly on the rise due to our lifestyles.

I am new to the practice of meditation and was looking for a book that describes some of the basics to get me started. Although this book is small,it describes some of the methods in good detail . I would recommend this book to anyone starting out meditation for the first time.

This is it. For anyone young or old this is the best basic starting point that clearly gets to the point without going out into the cosmos making meditation make sense and very user friendly for the common person. Meditate to graduate!

To put it simply, this is a wonderful book that I not only found to be insightful and beneficial, but also even quite enjoyable to read. One of the things that stood out to me about this book is the inspiring, motivational undertone of the writing style that can be found on just about every page. The author writes in a way that, for me personally, made me want to put what I was learning into practice right away
