I was really quite impressed with this book. I’ve read many books on meditation and picked up bits and pieces along the way but I must say, I’ve leant the most from this simple book. I like that its well organised and separated into to 2 parts – theory and practise. By applying many of the tips and techniques recommended from this book I’ve actually started making progress again. My recommendation to any beginners is follow as this book recommends – start small 5mins – then increase. Aiming for consistency is what helped me the most. This book is essential reading for all beginners. Highly recommended.

We need to meditate once in a while in order to get back the energy we are losing everyday. These are the importance and benefits we can get from meditation: Builds internal energy, reduces stress, increased concentration span, maintains focus. The book is quite short but it discussed everything including the elements, types and how these meditations will work. I can never find such as complete book as this one. I like it so much, and reading it makes me think how significance meditation is to our lives.

Informing book! I really love reading this. I’ve been stressed this pas days, and since I like reading, I look for a book that that would help me handle my stress.
