I was referred to this book by my councillor as I suffer from depression and she thinks this book may help me. I read this book cover to cover and think that the Meditation is my jam and I have started trying to get there, it’s a process, but it has relaxed my mind a lot. I am so thankful that I was referred this book and will be recommending it to family and friends as its not just for depression sufferers, I think everyone should practice Meditation in their every day lives.
