Great durable stability ball

 on April 5, 2016
By Jess
Very easy to pump up and works great. I recently had purchased a cheaper stability ball and it popped instantly so after looking at a few different stability balls I decided to get this one and I’m so glad that I did. It pumped up rather nicely and to its correct size. I’ve been using it quite a bit and it seems to be holding up well. The color is more of a charcoal grey than black but that was no big deal to me. I plan on using it as a birthing ball for my home birth and have been doing prenatal exercises on it for now. I am have a large frame and I’m 5’8 so I decided to order the 75cm ball and it works great. It did pump up to 75cm but don’t go by the measuring tape that comes with it because it is way off. I just used a measuring tape that I had for body measurements. The material seems really durable, I am plus size over 250lbs and it holds me really well. Overall I am super happy with this purchase and love the quality you get for the price! Would definitely purchase again.

Computer chair, playing ball with kids, core strengthening, you name it.

This is the first exercise ball that I’ve owned. It comes with instructions to inflate to 80% and let stand for a full 24 hours before inflating it to full size. To this day it has become my computer chair 🙂

Bought this to use as a birthing ball. Perfect for my needs – the material is very thick and sturdy – I spend at least an hour every night bouncing around on this thing to relieve back, hip and pelvic pain. My husband will sometimes sit on this too, and he’s heavier than me – even slightly under-inflated for my specific needs (I’m not using this for crunches or anything) I can tell this ball will last a long time. Great purchase!

Great quality, low price

Very good quality. I am a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist and I always make recommendations for home equipment for my Cardiac Rehab patients. This will definitely make the list. Sturdy, not thin and flimsy. Pumped up easily and is still holding air well.

Solid construction – this is nice thick vinyl

I purchased this ball to go with a base to use at work instead of a chair. I’m dealing with moderate sciatica as well as some shoulder issues form slouching in my normal desk chair so I’m hoping this helps. Solid construction – this is nice thick vinyl. I don’t have any concerns about it tearing or ripping or exploding. I am 6′ tall and I ordered the 75 cm ball. I’ve had to deflate the ball a bit because it ended up being too large. I had to guess because the instructions say the 65 cm is good for 5’6 – 6′ (that’s a lot of difference) and the 75 cm is for 6′ – 6’3″. I’d suggest the 65 cm for anyone shy of 6’1″. This ball is also large enough that I can’t use it in the chair base I have as it adds another 4″ to the height so keep that in mind when ordering.

Ball holds up this 320lb man! Would be 5 stars if not for the pump

Ball is great. I’m 6′ 320lb and went with the 75cm ball which is perfect for my desk. If I wanted a better “work-out” I might have considered the 85cm version (my 5’8″ wife thinks the 75cm ball is too big). This thing holds up great. The lines are a bit crooked and the ball is a little lopsided, but it functions just fine.

Durable & Versatile!

I’m 5’8″ and ordered larger than recommended (75cm) but I’m super happy with the size! The black is more of a dark charcoal gray but whatever. Love the ball and it even came with some exercises in a pamphlet to get me started. Easy enough to inflate with the included pump, but an air compressor is a lot quicker. Comes with 2 plugs for the air hole and a fork tool to remove plug is necessary.

Grandkids love sitting on them!!!

I bought 2 (size 45) for my grandkids (2 boys – age 2 1/2 and 8) to use when they watch TV and they love them. It’s really too big for the 2 year old to sit on, but he has fun rolling over it. They do pretty good not beating it up like a regular ball. I told them it’s only for sitting and rolling around on. If they break it, I’m not buying another one. The 8 yr old with ADHD seems to love sitting and bouncing on it while watching tv.

It was relatively easy to pump by alternating between using my foot and …

I have been using this exercise ball as my chair at my work desk for about a month now. I’ve really noticed a difference since the switch. Previously, my back had been hurting after sitting on the computer all day. Switching to the ball has helped alleviate the pain and has forced me to improve my posture by sitting up straight.
