Elias has done a good job with this book not only letting you know how to bring Buddhism into your life also giving you the history which I would say is needed to give yourself a deeper understanding of this way of life.

Even if you are not into meditation and looking deeper within yourself, I would still recommend this book!

Although I am not Buddhist I wanted to find out what this religion is really all about. This book gave me a clear answer to that question and showed me how to implement the teachings of Budda to help me see the good in everyday situations, thus helping me to feel happier throughout the day. It is basically a thorough guide on how you can improve virtually all parts of your life including work and home relationships, sleep better, feel better and even fight depression! Even if you are not into meditation and looking deeper within yourself, I would still recommend this book as it will teach you how to be a happier person!

I have always been interested in learning how to practice buddhism. The principles and techniques of buddhism has always captured my attention and I feel that I would benefit a lot by following its ways. This book has helped me get an in depth understanding of what buddhism is all about as well as how to become happier and improve relationships through the workings of buddhism. I was able to learn a lot from this book with the amount of information the author provides throughout. The author is clearly an expert when it comes to buddhism and readers can benefit a lot from him. Overall, this was a great guide and I am sure that this is the go to book for anyone looking to start practicing buddhism.
